Monday late

I didn’t sleep. Not really. Mostly I lay awake staring at the ceiling fan as it swirled overhead. What the fuck was I thinking?

I knew exactly what I was thinking: sex. Adam sex, to be specific. I wanted all of it. There was something special about him that my body responded to in a way that it had never done before. Sex was always easy for me. All it took was a guy I was attracted to who had a modicum of talent. If he wasn’t up to the task I was more than happy to take control, get what I needed, and get out.

But Adam sex wasn’t like that. It was easy, intense, and satisfying…and we hadn’t actually had sex yet. Which was precisely why I was lying in my bed counting down the minutes until six o’clock.
